Clarke Campbell-Sparrow
Clarke serves as the Chief Executive Officer of D2D. He leads business strategy and acts as the primary decision-maker on key policy matters, guiding the implementation of goals, targets, and long-term strategic objectives for the technology solution. Of Musqueam descent, Clarke brings a strong commitment to community engagement and a wealth of experience working with First Nations across the BC Coast. He has served as a First Nations Engagement Officer with Transport Canada under the Oceans Protection Plan, where he facilitated participation in engagement sessions and supported emergency marine response programs. Clarke has also worked closely with the Musqueam Indian Band, contributing to the review of major energy projects proposed within Musqueam territory, including oil and gas pipelines and tanker shipping initiatives. His work has involved supporting negotiation strategies, coordinating communications with leadership and membership, and collaborating with project teams to assess impacts on Musqueam rights, title, and interests. He is also passionate about leveraging technology as a value-added innovation tool to create economic development opportunities for local businesses and the broader community.

Dave Comer
Dave serves as the Chief Operating Officer of D2D, bringing over 35 years of extensive experience in the electrical industry. A Red Seal Electrical Journeyman, Master Electrician, Class A Field Safety Representative (FSR), and Level 3 Unrestricted Utility Work Leader, he has built a distinguished career rooted in industrial and commercial electrical contracting. David began his contracting journey in 1990. Over the years, he has contributed to a wide range of complex projects, including power generation facilities, pulp and saw mills, upgraders, refineries, co-generation plants, utility substations (both construction and maintenance), manufacturing facilities, warehouse material handling systems, and industrial maintenance operations. Since founding his contracting business, David has successfully grown it from a small electrical services provider into a multifaceted organization operating across both high- and low-voltage sectors. He has also played a key role in advancing innovation within the company, leading the development of the D2D Asset Management Software solution and driving meaningful digital transformation for clients across diverse industries.
VP of Operations
Jeff Faulks
Jeff serves as VP of Operations with D2D and oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with stringent procedures, including those required for YVR airport projects, while also contributing to contract bidding. Previously, he spent a decade as Lead Electrician with School District 8 in Creston, BC, where he managed maintenance and installation of electrical systems across district facilities, including HVAC, emergency generation, fire alarm, and security systems. Earlier in his career, Jeff operated Faulks Electrical Ltd., where he led projects and designed SCADA-based community water systems, and worked with Labatt’s Canada, focusing on automation, programming, and preventative maintenance in a high-efficiency industrial environment. Known for his initiative, strong communication skills, and ability to quickly assess, troubleshoot, and optimize complex electrical and automation environments, Jeff has hands-on expertise with Allen Bradley PLC 5 and 500 systems, RSView, and SCADA platforms, and is skilled in working with analog sensors, automation, and preventative maintenance programming to improve system efficiency and reliability. He is an innovative problem solver who stays current with emerging technologies and consistently seeks opportunities to enhance performance and reduce downtime.

Chinmay Koranne
Chinmay serves as Vice President of Project Delivery and Digital Solutions, bringing over a decade of experience in project management across electrical construction and advanced lighting systems in commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. He has a strong track record of successfully leading projects from initial design and estimation through procurement, installation, and close-out, including complex power distribution upgrades, lighting retrofits, and electric vehicle infrastructure deployments. Chinmay excels at aligning cross-functional teams—working closely with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers—to ensure code compliance, on-time delivery, and disciplined budget management. In his leadership role, Chinmay combines deep technical expertise with a forward-looking approach to digital integration, leveraging modern construction management tools such as Bluebeam to enhance project visibility, documentation, and workflow efficiency. He is known for his hands-on problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to deliver results in fast-paced, live-site environments. With a strong emphasis on stakeholder communication, permitting, and process optimization, Chinmay plays a key role in driving operational excellence and advancing digital solutions that improve project outcomes and client satisfaction.

Terry Sparrow
Terry Sparrow is an experienced Project Manager and community-focused leader with a strong background in construction, workforce development, and Indigenous engagement. Over the course of his career, he has worked with major project teams across British Columbia and Western Canada, supporting complex operations in labour coordination, fleet scheduling, and project delivery. Terry brings to D2D a proven ability to manage large-scale programs, build partnerships with government agencies and industry stakeholders, and deliver culturally grounded services that support community growth. Known for his organizational strength, proactive approach, and clear communication, he consistently contributes to efficient project execution and positive team outcomes.
